Document Steps:

• In a New Scene, go the the Windows > Rendering > Lighting > Scene Tab

• Set a LightingSettings Asset

• In the Hierarchy, create an empty gameobject

• Add a cube and sphere

• Set the Static of the parent gameObject

• Create an empty object under Parent Prefab GameObject for lighting and add point lighting.
